Degranulation Kit

Degranulation Kits are used to remove degranulation tissue and debris from a site before grafting, allowing the graft material to come into direct touch with healthy host bone and lowering the likelihood of failure. The kits include four burs of varying sizes, each with massive diamond cutting edges designed to “polish” the bone by forcibly eliminating any soft tissues while preserving the surrounding bone. The burs are reusable up to 100 times, making them an excellent value for any implantologist.
